Since the beginning of the year 2020 I’m vegan. So I found the recipe and I liked it from the very first time because you can combine it with every kind of vegetable or eat it with bread. It´s fast and cheap and tastes very good.

Sour Cream vegan

Sour Cream is a vegan meal and can be combined by all kind of vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cashews
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Boil cashews for 1 hour or let them rest for 1 night in water.
  • Give the cashews in a blender and put all the other ingredients inside.
  • Mix it.
  • Add the fresh cut herbs into the sour creme and its done.
