- 300 grams oatmeal
- 100 grams sliced almonds and walnuts
- 3 pieces sliced dates
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch vanilla extract
- 100 grams coconut oil
- 100 grams honey
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the tray with baking paper. Mix oatmeal, almonds, walnuts, cinnamon, salt, dates and vanilla extract.
Put coconut oil and honey in a small pan and melt over low heat and mix it. Now add the liquid to the oatmeal mixture. Mix everything well with a wooden spoon. Spread the granola on the baking paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Then turn the pieces of granola. Bake for another 8-10 minutes. Check the oven from time to time in the last 3-4 minutes so that the granola doesn't get too dark.
