Ingredients

  • 800 grams chick peas
  • 2 tbsp oilve oil
  • 1 tsp Ras el hanout (seasoning)
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Wash the chick peas.
  • Add the olive oil and the seasoning and mix it. Spread the chick peas on the baking paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Then turn the chick peas and bake for another 10-20 minutes. Check the oven from time to time in the last 5 minutes so that the chick peas doesn't get too dark and dry.
