- 800 grams chick peas
- 2 tbsp oilve oil
- 1 tsp Ras el hanout (seasoning)
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Wash the chick peas.
Add the olive oil and the seasoning and mix it. Spread the chick peas on the baking paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Then turn the chick peas and bake for another 10-20 minutes. Check the oven from time to time in the last 5 minutes so that the chick peas doesn't get too dark and dry.
