- 4 cups cashews
- 1/2 cup water
- 5 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
Boil cashews for 1 hour or let them rest for 1 night in water.
Give the cashews in a blender and put all the other ingredients inside.
Mix it.
Add the fresh cut herbs into the sour creme and its done.
