Oat-Egg Power Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 1 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp oat flour
  • 3 pieces dates
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Put 2 cups of oat milk with 3 dates in a mixer and mix it.
  • But the mixture in a pot, add 2 eggs and boil it.
  • After a while start to mix it and add 2 tbsp of oat flour and 1 1/2 cup of oats.
  • Mix it and add some salt (I prefer Himalayan salt).
  • Before I serve it I put some selfmade Granola (another recipe) on top.
