Ingredients

For the lye bun

  • 1/2 liter warm water
  • 1 cube fresh yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 150 g nuts (of your choice)
  • 250 g wholemeal spelled flour
  • 250 g spelled flour

Instructions

  • Mix water, yeast, salt and vinegar.
  • Add flour, knead and let rise for 30 minutes.
  • Bake at 220 degrees celsius for 30 minutes.
