African Rice
It´s easy to prepare and tastes super good. We like to eat it with some shrimps.

For the lye bun
- 250 g basmati rice
- 2-3 pieces fresh tomatoes
- 2 pieces onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
Cook the rice.
Cut and fry the onion and garlic.
Then add the tomatoes, the beans and the peanut butter and the spices. Simmer for 3 minutes.
Mix with the rice and add parsley.
