Pizza Asparagus

There are an infinite number of pizzas. But good pizza recipes are almost as well guarded as the Coca Cola recipe. This pizza dough is from an Italian who has revealed his secret. If you are a fan of thin pizzas, you will love it. This pizza tastes better than in many Italian restaurants.

Ingredients

For the lye bun

  • 500 g fine wheat flour (No. 700)
  • 1/8 l water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients with your hands and knead a dough.
  • Let the dough rise for 2-3 hours.
  • Form small balls and roll the dough into a round pizza.
  • We put a stone slab in the oven and preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Top the pizza with tomato sauce, grated cheese and ingredients according to your choice. In this example we chose mushrooms, asparagus and avocado.
  • Place the pizza in the oven and bake until the edge is golden brown.
