Zuchini and Carrot Burger

Ingredients

For the lye bun

  • 3-6 pieces zucchini (depending on size)
  • 6-12 pieces carrots (depending on size)
  • 100 g flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • spice mix

Instructions

  • Grate the zucchini and carrots into small strips.
  • Knead the vegetable strips with flour, salt, pepper and the spice mixture into a dough.
  • Pour 2 spoons of the amount into the frying pan and press on top to create a burger shape.
  • Roast golden brown on both sides - done.
