For the lye bun
- 3-6 pieces zucchini (depending on size)
- 6-12 pieces carrots (depending on size)
- 100 g flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- spice mix
Grate the zucchini and carrots into small strips.
Knead the vegetable strips with flour, salt, pepper and the spice mixture into a dough.
Pour 2 spoons of the amount into the frying pan and press on top to create a burger shape.
Roast golden brown on both sides - done.
