Fried Fennel and Tomatoes
Normally we all don´t like fennel - but this recipe tastes really good.

For the lye bun
- 4 pieces fennel bulbs
- 12 pieces cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 100 ml white wine
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/2 soup cubes or similar spice mix
- coriander, cinnamon, ginger
Clean the fennel and cut it into slices about 1 cm wide. Roughly chop fennel green.
Halve tomatoesand cut the garlic into thin slices.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Add the fennel and garlic and fry.
Add the greens, water and white wine with salt, pepper and the other spices. A
dd tomatoes and tomato paste and simmer for 15 minutes while stirring.
Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and serve.
