- 2 cups oat milk
- 1 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 3 pieces dates
- 2 pieces eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
Put 2 cups of oat milk with 3 dates in a mixer and mix it.
But the mixture in a pot, add 2 eggs and boil it.
After a while start to mix it and add 2 tbsp of oat flour and 1 1/2 cup of oats.
Mix it and add some salt (I prefer Himalayan salt).
Before I serve it I put some selfmade Granola (another recipe) on top.
