I created this kind of breakfast because I like it to break my fast (during intermittent fasting) with healthy cards and proteins and lo fat. This meal includes healthy carbs, proteins and vitamins. The eggs in combination with salt and dates make a good taste.

Oat-Egg Power Breakfast

  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 1 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp oat flour
  • 3 pieces dates
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • Put 2 cups of oat milk with 3 dates in a mixer and mix it.
  • But the mixture in a pot, add 2 eggs and boil it.
  • After a while start to mix it and add 2 tbsp of oat flour and 1 1/2 cup of oats.
  • Mix it and add some salt (I prefer Himalayan salt).
  • Before I serve it I put some selfmade Granola (another recipe) on top.
