  • 300 grams oatmeal
  • 100 grams sliced almonds and walnuts
  • 3 pieces sliced dates
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch vanilla extract
  • 100 grams coconut oil
  • 100 grams honey


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the tray with baking paper. Mix oatmeal, almonds, walnuts, cinnamon, salt, dates and vanilla extract.
  • Put coconut oil and honey in a small pan and melt over low heat and mix it. Now add the liquid to the oatmeal mixture. Mix everything well with a wooden spoon. Spread the granola on the baking paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Then turn the pieces of granola. Bake for another 8-10 minutes. Check the oven from time to time in the last 3-4 minutes so that the granola doesn't get too dark.
