Italian Spinach Pasta

Italian Spinach Pasta – easy and healthy.

  • 200 gramm baby spinach
  • 300 gramm plain flour
  • 300 gramm cherry tomatoes
  • 50 gramm pine nuts
  • 50 gramm parmesan chesse
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dried red chili flakes
  • 1/2 bunch basil
  • olive oil


  • Add the spinach and the flour into a food processor.
  • Blend it until a ball of dough is formed.
  • Take abbout 2 cm chunks of the dough and roll them out into snake shapes.
  • Put a large pot of boiling water on the stove with some salt in it.
  • If the water is hot put the pasta in it and cook it for 5 min.Put a pan on medium heat and add the olive oil, garlic, chilli, tomatoes, pine nut and a bit of salted boiling water and cook it for 5 min.
  • Put all together and add the basil and the Parmesan cheese.
