- 4 pieces sweet potatoes
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup Oil (any oil you like)
- Cut the sweet potatoes into the fries shape.
- Put potatoes, cornstarch and water into a bowl and mix it.
- Put a lot of oil into a pan and fry the fries.
