Ingredients
For the lye bun
- 1/2 liter warm water
- 1 cube fresh yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 150 g nuts (of your choice)
- 250 g wholemeal spelled flour
- 250 g spelled flour
Instructions
- Mix water, yeast, salt and vinegar.
- Add flour, knead and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 220 degrees celsius for 30 minutes.
