Lentil Tortilla – a healthy lunch.

- 6-8 pieces tortillas
- 2 cups lentils 2 Tomato’s 1 AvocadoAny seasoning 1 Onion
- 2 pieces tomatos
- 1 piece avocado
- 1 piece onion
- some lettuce
- any seasoning
- You are going to cook your lentils and in the meanwhile you are going to cut your tomatos, lettuce and avocado.
- Cut your onion and put it in a pan cook it until golden brown. After add your cooked lentils and add seasoning.
- Take your tortilla and fill it with the lentils, tomato’s, avocado and lettuce or any greens you want. Roll it up and enjoy.
