  • 6-8 pieces tortillas 
  • 2 cups lentils 2 Tomato’s 1 AvocadoAny seasoning 1 Onion 
  • 2 pieces tomatos
  • 1 piece avocado
  • 1 piece onion 
  • some lettuce
  • any seasoning 


  • You are going to cook your lentils and in the meanwhile you are going to cut your tomatos, lettuce and avocado.
  • Cut your onion and put it in a pan cook it until golden brown. After add your cooked lentils and add seasoning.
  • Take your tortilla and fill it with the lentils, tomato’s, avocado and lettuce or any greens you want. Roll it up and enjoy.
